Job Application Form

Applicants will first complete an application review followed by an initial phone or video interview covering the basics of the position, engineering management experience, CAD and manufacturing documentation background, schedule, and an introduction to Structureworks. Selected candidates will then participate in a more detailed interview to discuss department leadership, product engineering, design request oversight, manufacturing documentation, quality control, process improvement, communication expectations, and measures of success in detail.

Final candidates may be invited to complete a second interview or practical engineering management/technical review evaluation before a hiring decision is made.
