• Support new product development by translating concepts into accurate, manufacturable 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings.

• Create and maintain complete product documentation packages, including BOMs, component details, and fabrication information.

• Ensure drawing accuracy, revision control, and adherence to documentation standards while supporting prototype builds and design updates

• Manage CAD files and documentation using proper file structure, check-in/check-out procedures, and clear communication to keep projects on schedule.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest CAD software, tools and industry best practices.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a CAD Drafter or Design Technician, preferably in the construction or engineering industry

• Proficiency in using Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault, and AutoCAD

• Strong technical drawing and design skills, with the ability to interpret engineering specifications and translate them into accurate drawings

• Familiar with imperial measurements and western construction practices

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate and comply with relevant standards

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines; background check required

• Develop, update, maintain WordPress websites using Pro Theme, Cornerstone and custom code.
• Implement & refine UI/UX designs to enhance user engagement retention.
• Customize themes, layouts, and templates using CSS, HTML, and PHP.
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure optimal performance across devices and browsers.
• Optimize website speed, SEO structure and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOM) for accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor and support forecast accuracy by ensuring manufacturing data and material requirements are properly reflected in the system.

• Review manufacturing orders to ensure proper documentation and alignment with production requirements.

• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to review and correct production documents, including work orders and shop drawings.

• Ensure manufacturing documentation complies with company standards and production requirements.

• Maintain accurate manufacturing and material information within the ERP system.

• Assist in identifying discrepancies between engineering documentation and manufacturing outputs.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and production teams to resolve documentation and production issues.
