Program Manager, ShadeFlex Pro

Structureworks is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Program Manager to recruit, onboard, and support home improvement professionals nationwide as part of the ShadeFlex Pro network. This role combines business development, contractor relations, coaching, and program management to help local companies successfully grow their businesses with Structureworks products.
This is not a high-pressure transactional sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building long-term business relationships, helping contractors succeed, and serving as a trusted guide throughout the onboarding and growth process.

Authorization

Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or construction management
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified home improvement companies nationwide
- Conduct outbound calls and professional email outreach
- Guide new partners through theĀ application processes and onboarding
- Train and coach partners on products, sales positioning, and best practices
- Build long-term relationships with program members
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Ability to coach and guide business owners professionally
- Construction industry knowledge
- Experience in sales, program management, or business development
