Structureworks is seeking an eCommerce Manager & Web Developer to manage and improve our WooCommerce store, WordPress websites, and custom web functionality. This role combines eCommerce operations, website development, technical troubleshooting, and marketing support.
The position is responsible for monitoring and processing WooCommerce orders, maintaining store workflows, improving checkout and order handling, and making sure the online buying experience works correctly for customers and internal teams.
This role also includes hands-on website development. The eCommerce Manager & Web Developer will create and maintain custom website elements, layouts, templates, scripts, forms, product display features, and reusable components using WordPress, WooCommerce, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, ACF, Elementor, Themeco Pro/Cornerstone, Gravity Forms, Rank Math, and related tools.
In addition, this position supports the Marketing Department by implementing website updates, landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, calls to action, graphics placement, and other digital content updates.
The right candidate should be comfortable moving between code, WordPress tools, WooCommerce operations, website performance, troubleshooting, and customer-facing page improvements. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work independently while keeping projects organized and moving forward.

₱ 70,000 - 85,000 monthly depending on experience and technical proficiency

Education
Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or web develpment
Responsibilities
- Manage WooCommerce orders, checkout workflows, notifications, and eCommerce operations
- Build custom WordPress layouts, templates, forms, scripts, and reusable components.
- Maintain WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, Cornerstone, ACF, Gravity Forms, and Rank Math.
- Troubleshoot website errors, plugin conflicts, checkout issues, and mobile display problems
- Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and navigation
Requirements
- Understanding of eCommerce, responsive design, caching, speed, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with Elementor, Cornerstone, Gravity Forms, Rank Math, and common plugins
- Ability to troubleshoot plugin conflicts, checkout issues, layouts, and performance problems
- Strong attention to detail, organized communication, and independent task management
- WordPress, WooCommerce, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and ACF experience
