We are looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators that thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Structureworks sells outdoor structures and other products that are designed and manufactured at our Fredericksburg, VA factory. This position works in a fabrication role producing components for our structures. You will be working with a team of hard-working fabricators to make the highest-quality outdoor structures in North America.
The pace is often fast; if you like to keep busy and are motivated to do well, this could be the perfect position for you.

Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 3:30PM
Compensation
$17 - $21/Hour

Two or more years performing the responsibilities listed below

Responsibilities
- Set up & produce quality parts on CNC equipment
- Perform minor repairs & maintenance on equipment
- Log production progress & material usage
- Maintain an organized work center
- General material handling & other duties as needed
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience setting up & operating CNC routers
- Two or more years of experience using precision measuring equipment
- Experience reading & interpreting shop drawings
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Safe work practices
