We are looking for talented and team-oriented Estimators who thrive in a fast-paced, long sales-cycle environment. You must be comfortable with the technical nature of our products and have experience in the architectural building products field.
Structureworks sells pergolas and other outdoor structures designed and manufactured at our Fredericksburg, VA factory. This position works in a customer education and sales role. You will work with architects and design professionals across North America to find the best product and design for their residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities
- Review architectural and structural plan sets from general contractors and architects to identify scope, constraints, and design intent
- Translate plan reviews into clear, complete design requests for internal design and engineering teams
- Review product designs for alignment with plans and specifications and customer estimating assumptions
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Contribute to building a positive & connected Sales team made up of office & remote employees
Requirements
- Strong phone and online meeting presence & experience making dozens of calls daily
- Experience working with a CRM (such as Salesforce or Odoo)
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills
- Ability to speak professionally & with confidence about building products and construction techniques
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, & manage time effectively in our dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment
