Applicants will first complete an application review followed by an initial phone screen covering the basics of the position, hands-on work experience, schedule, and an introduction to Structureworks. Selected candidates will then participate in an in-person interview and facility walkthrough to discuss the role, production environment, work expectations, experience, and measures of success in detail.

Final candidates may be invited to complete a second interview or practical skills evaluation before a hiring decision is made.
