Job Application Form

Applicants will first complete an application review followed by an initial phone screen covering the basics of the position, estimating or sales support experience, communication skills, schedule, and an introduction to Structureworks. Selected candidates will then participate in an in-person interview and facility walkthrough to discuss the role, customer interaction expectations, pipeline management, project coordination responsibilities, and measures of success in detail.

Final candidates may be invited to complete a second interview or practical evaluation involving estimating workflows, organization, communication, or problem-solving scenarios before a hiring decision is made.
